We at ‘Cake’ have a very stringent testing process, as you can imagine. Testing began on our new Banana & Chocolate cupcakes this afternoon, and our junior team leader, Dylan, said “They’re the best cupcakes we have ever made”. This is obviously very positive feedback, but the ‘grown-ups’ are still marvelling at his use of the ‘Royal We’!

Anyway, as you can see, they didn’t hang around long. That’s usually a good sign!

I have literally just finished the second of these Lemon Cupcakes… and I may have to pace myself. If I were a gambling man, I would put 20Euros on my having a third with a cup of tea in approximately half an hour. All in the name of product testing and development, of course.

Another box of my chocolate cupcakes go out for a birthday party – I soooooo love making these, but my absolute favourite are my carrot cake cupcakes… they rock! (even if I say so myself).
