We have just received these beautiful photographs of Claire & Johnathon’s wedding at Finca La Concepcion last month, taken by the amazing Jeremy Standley. It shows how important cake is on a wedding day, and that it always puts smiles on faces!

Here are a few photos I took while setting up a tower of Chocolate Cupcakes at the gorgeous Finca la Concepcion in Istan, Marbella. There will be some wonderful photos on their way soon, courtesy of Jeremy Standley. Catering the reception was Heather and her team at the excellent Fiestasol, who also planned the whole wedding, and styling was by Marbella’s ‘Fairy Godmother’ Laura Charles at Reviva Weddings. Stunning venue, beautiful sunshine – days like these make me feel very lucky to do what I do, where I do!

Hi Mark – gosh I’ve been so rude not sending you a thank you for the birthday cake.  It was unbelieveably amazing and sooo delish.  It was presented to Anna at the Polo House after our meal – she was sooo excited and she even tried to blow out the sparkler they had put on it like a candle!  We even offered Mr James Hewitt himself a piece but he declined – ha!

Anyway big thanks to you and your cake gang!

We are very happy to post these beautiful photographs of Håkon and Irene’s wedding and reception at Roca Tranquila, Fuengirola recently, taken by excellent wedding and portrait photographer Jeremy Standley. Norwegian Håkon and Irene were a dream to deal with and we were very happy to bake a mixture of Chocolate, Carrot Cake, Red Velvet and Vanilla Cupcakes for their special day – we hear they went down very well! The cupcakes were FABULOUS!! They looked spectacular and even though I thought a 14 course dinner would fill everyone up, all of the guests flocked to find their cupcake as soon as we cut the cake! The name flags worked a treat and we loved the artwork that you produced for us, making them unique and reflective of us and our passions. The cakes were delicious and perfect for after our meal, light and refreshing, people came back for a second helping of the large cutting cake once their cupcake was devoured!

Really impressed with it all and would heartily recommend to anyone else – it was a pleasure.

Hi Mark – oh my gosh, the cake was soooo amazing – thanks sooo much… Scott has taken the rest of it into his office today – he had to practically force it off me as I didn’t want to see it go ha ha! Pete our dog loved it – although we only gave him a tiny piece he seemed very keen for seconds ha ha!

These cupcakes were absolutely amazing. The best cakes ever… So smooth and yummy and they looked gorgeous on the tower. It was a surprise party and my mum was over the moon, tears of happiness were shed. I really wanted to try all of the cupcakes but unfortunately they vanished in minutes! A great testament to how they taste.

I will definately be ordering again for other parties in sunny Spain.

Estos pasteles eran absolutamente increíble. Las mejores tortas … Así que cada vez suave y delicioso y se veían magníficos en la torre. Fue una fiesta sorpresa y mi madre estaba en la luna, lágrimas de felicidad se derramaron. Tenía muchas ganas de probar todas las cupcakes pero desafortunadamente desapareció en minutos! Un gran testimonio de su sabor.

Definitivamente voy a estar de volver a ordenar a las demás partes en la soleada España.

Cupcakes were a big “hit”!

Great for a big party as you don’t need crockery or cutlery, just need to lick your fingers. Following week ordered the Courgette cupcakes for a dinner party and they too were delish!!

The food you delivered to the villa was absolutely gorgeous! All of us commented on how the lasagne was the best we had ever had and the cheesecake went down a treat! I stuck to the sticky toffee pudding and loved it.

Your service was also immaculate and if I am ever back in Marbella, I would come to you again in an instant! (I will recommend you to anyone I know who goes out there).

Thanks for all your help, you made our first night at the villa hassle free and utterly enjoyable!
